Your main responsibilities:
- Produce 3D and 2D drawings and process related information
- Prepare stowage and lifting and cargo securing plans
- Contribute to design activities in cooperation with engineers
- Review drawings and check work from other designers
- Support with the coaching and mentoring of apprentices and new colleagues
- Communication with relevant cross functional groups
Your profile:
- Professional qualifications as CAD Designer / Technical System Planner
- Relevant engineering experience (2+ years) within the maritime industry
- Knowledge in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Inventor) software and MS Office
- Demonstrable ability to work within time and budget constraints
- Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
- Good knowledge of English
