To strengthen our team at the SAL headquarters in Hamburg and our office in Schiedam (NL), we are looking for an Offshore and Tender Engineer.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender documents
  • Prepare high-quality engineering deliverables for offshore projects
  • Specification of equipment required for the operation
  • Concept preparation of mob/installation/demob schedules
  • Work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments
  • Manage subcontracted work and oversee its progress and performance
  • Provide on-site support for marine operations
  • Collaborate and communicate with various project stakeholders
  • Contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture

 

Your profile:

  • Professional qualifications – Engineering Degree (Demonstrable experience in a similar role will also be considered)
  • Relevant engineering experience within the maritime industry
  • Experience in the offshore construction industry 
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to function within a team across multiple projects
