Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for seafarers in Türkiye as well as Eastern Europe, ensuring qualified crew members are onboarded efficiently.
- Identify, assess, and select candidates based on required qualifications, certifications, and experience
- Collaborate with crewing agents and external partners to acquire top talent
- Maintain and update crew application records and keeping contact with prosperous candidates
- Continuation and maintenance of the extensive crew database
- Support the crewing team with administrative tasks, reporting, and performance evaluations
Your profile:
- Experience in maritime recruitment, crewing operations, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of international crew-related conventions and requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and crew recruitment software and open to modern ways of recruiting on crewing platforms and social media
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
